Delivery & Customs Charges
DELIVERY TO YOU
Our company is based in the United Kingdom, so all our products are dispatched from UK. However some products are also dispatched from within the United States, Canada, Australia or within EU. Although we aim to post orders that are received by 4:00pm GMT, it is not always possible for them to arrive next day. We are at the mercy of couriers and customers who are out when they call to deliver.
Some deliveries will require a signature.
- Orders £15 or over within UK Mainland are FREE OF CHARGE. Some products dispatched from the USA also offer FREE OF CHARGE delivery (orders over $15)
- Orders under £15 within UK Mainland attract a standard flat rate cost
- We offer a next-day expedited service (orders received before 3:00pm GMT are guaranteed next-day, between 3:00pm – 4:00pm are not guaranteed next-day)
- We deliver to Europe for standard European flat rate, but please see our ‘Customs Charges Policy’ below for rules following Brexit.
- We deliver to many International countries including USA, Australia, Canada & Japan
- We offer a 30-day money back guarantee returns policy (see below)
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Please do not return any products without an authorisation returns label. If you do, your return could get lost or be sent back to you. Please contact us first: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through the process.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We are grateful for your business here at ProfessorZ and we take customer service very seriously. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you ordered it. To be eligible for a return, your item must appear unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must be able to show proof of purchase although we usually have a digital record of your purchase which should suffice.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
As is standard, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return an item. Some items cannot be returned. You can view a full account of our return & refund policy here.
customs charges POLICY
From 1st February 2022, the price you pay on our website for many products will not include sales tax unless you are purchasing for delivery within the UK. Customers in the UK will see elevated prices that are inclusive of VAT. Customers outside the UK will see prices without VAT. Therefore, you as the customer will be responsible for paying for your own country’s customs charges and courier handling fees if you are purchasing from a country outside of the United Kingdom. Taxes and duties are varied for all countries and you are likely to be asked to pay an additional tax by your own country when the item reaches you.
There are few exceptions to this rule. Some of our US, Canadian, Australian or EU customers may be able to purchase products that we are able to despatch from our facilities situated within US, Canada, Australia or European Union. For example, many of our MEDiBrace products are already placed in Amazon warehouses in those countries. We are then able to fulfil those orders by dispatching from within the respective country if we are able to (we do not guarantee inventory in each of those country’s at the time of your purchase).
However other products, for example Oregano Oil or Mineral Ice products we must despatch from United Kingdom. Those products are likely to attract customs charges when they arrive, or before they arrive with you for which you are responsible for paying.
For this reason, we would recommend (if you are purchasing outside of the UK), you visit our online eBay shop. From there you will be able to include all customs fees and charges when you buy the item and we will ship out using the IOSS (International One-Stop-Shop) number for that marketplace. In this case, there will be no customs charge fees to pay. You will receive the item with all charges and duties pre-paid.
